Does Ontario Home Health offer repair services for items bought from another company?

Ontario Home Health can fix most products bought from a different supplier. However, it’s important to note that there may be some exceptions, particularly when obtaining specialized parts. We encourage you to consult an Ontario Home Health associate for complete information.

What is the recommended frequency for scheduling preventative maintenance?

Check the product manual for recommended preventive maintenance schedules or contact our team to share the model and type of product. We will tell you the recommended preventive maintenance.

What’s the process for arranging a technician to visit my location?

You can call/email Ontario Home Health or fill out the form on this page to schedule a technician’s visit to your location.

Is funding available for necessary repair work ?

A few programs are available to help with funding for necessary repair work. Contact our team to learn more about the program that meets your needs.

Does the repair service come with warranty coverage?

Equipment may be supported by the manufacturer’s warranty, including parts and repair work costs. In some cases, labour costs may not be included.

What’s the minimum and maximum rental period?

There i s no maximum rental period because we want you to have a quality life that is easily accessible for as long as you want. However, the minimum rental period for most of our equipment is 1 month (exceptions may apply).

Will the rental equipment be in good condition?

All of Ontario Home Health’s equipment is properly cleaned , sanitized, and inspected before and after the pick – up/delivery.

What forms of payment does Ontario Home Health accept?

Ontario Home Health accepts the following forms of payment:
  • Debit/Cash (in-store only)
  • Credit Card (in-store or by phone)
  • Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT): Submit to etransfer[at]ontariohomehealth.ca and be sure to note the Client's name and the ontariohomehealth.ca location where the product was purchased

How will the rental equipment be delivered to me?

You can pick up your equipment from any of Ontario Home Health’s locations. If easier, you can receive the rental equipment at your doors tep. Delivery charges may apply.
